As there are no mandatory qualifications needed for the Aerial and Satellite Industry, anyone can set up in business, and many will especially in the run up to the digital switchover, and overnight become self proclaimed experts.

For this reason we voluntarily completed the strict criteria to become members of both the Confederation of Aerial Industries and the Registered Digital Installers in doing so gained the Digital Tick and became CAI PLUS members, to give customers maximum confidence in our ability, commitment and skills. They were set up not only for our benefit they are also here to help protect you the customer to sift out the cowboy element of our trade.

Remember to be licensed with the 'Digital tick' certification or to be a CAI PLUS member, installers must become qualified, be fully insured, have a clear criminal record disclosure and be certified to safely work at heights!

At Picture Perfect Aerials we always try to make our customers feel as happy and safe as possible, and try to come up with ideas on how we can do this for you.

We realise that even after selecting us as a company it may still be daunting for customers having a stranger in your home and some people may still feel unsure, especially the elderly and the vulnerable.

We want to make your experience with us a pleasant one and so to ensure peace of mind, we have a female assistant who also attends our appointments. As a member of our team she can offer extra time and patience to assist with explaining all your new services and offering any help and advice you need. She will also be there for any after sales help and advice that you may require.  We don’t just see you as a customer for the day, we offer full customer support afterwards too!

As recommended by the Confederation of Aerial Industries and the Digital Television Group, we only use approved benchmarked and quality products. These include aerials and cable, galvanised heavy duty brackets and screened amplifiers, all meeting the latest standards even down to the fixings and connectors, only quality parts are used.

All our domestic work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months and backed by the CAI double guarantee. But should a problem arise even out of your warranty period, we are always happy to assist and help you in any way possible.
