I had a satellite system fitted by a local installer who shall remain nameless, and frankly it was a shambles and never worked properly from day one, the guy just made excuses about trees and position etc.

I phoned Picture Perfect and they came to have a look. They were so professional and didn't even comment on the state of the job, and had every opportunity to put down the installer, but no.  They used skill, the proper tools and professionalism and an hour later my system was working properly.

I just wished I'd gone there in the first place and saved myself the money and the hassle.  Well done guys, great service.
